Hepsia File Manager
Hepsia's File Manager section will let you administer the content of your web site using simple point 'n' click actions. Right-click contextual menus allow quick access to different file management options, while user-friendly drag & drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your computer in no time. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to compress and unarchive files easily too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop computer. The in-built drag 'n' drop functionality will permit you to easily move files between your PC and the web hosting server. Just select the file that you want to upload from your personal computer and then drag it into your browser window. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your personal computer. Additionally, you can download files and even folders to your desktop by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager GUI, you can create a new file or folder with just a single click of the mouse. All action buttons are handily placed above the file/folder list and you can update your files easily. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, preview the contents of a file or change its permissions, delete a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you will be able to zip and unarchive all types of files. It does work surprisingly fast - just select the files you want to pack and press the Compress button. You can even select the archive file format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract the contents of an archive to a chosen directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager interface, you really do not need any third-party software in order to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to preview the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually show up on the web. Also, you will find a set of in-built file editors, which will give you absolute command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more advanced users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy individuals.
